ART 2294 Photography Portfolio Development

One-on-one instruction regarding the student's final graduating photography portfolio. Instructor will meet with the student during final term of study to help the student compose his or her final graduating portfolio. Student may repeat course up to three times to achieve a passing grade. Failure to satisfactorily complete this course will make the student ineligible for the Photographic Technology Short-Term Certificate.

Prerequisites: Restricted to Majors and Other (The student must complete 28 semester hours of coursework prior to enrolling in ART 2294. Course should be completed during the final terms of study.)

  • Demonstrate an informed personal vision as it relates to contemporary photography.
  • Demonstrate an advanced understanding of photographic aesthetics.
  • Demonstrate a clear knowledge and understanding of advanced camera, darkroom, and digital photographic techniques.
