MUS 1137 Men's Ensemble
The performance and presentation of choral literature written for male voices from all musical periods. The ensemble will present at least one public concert per semester.
- Rehearse and present choral music in 3 and 4-part male voice harmony.
- Articulate correctly and accurately choral repertoire written for the male voice, employing proper vocal/choral technique and characteristic tonal color.
- Learn the fundamentals of presenting a concert, including wearing proper attire, stage etiquette, stage presence, microphone technique, and singing in proper choral formation. Present these learned fundamentals in a public concert on and off-campus.
