VIS 1310 History & Theory of Web Design
This course introduces students to the planning and development of interactive media, with a special emphasis on web design.

Course Outcomes
- Demonstrate the steps involved with assessing needs, evaluating a target audience, and organizing content for interactive media development.
- Demonstrate the skills necessary for developing a conceptual design, including storyboarding, flowcharting and wireframing.
- Demonstrate the skills necessary for developing a web design prototype, including developing a responsive layout, selecting appropriate color palette, imagery, and typography.
