NSG 4110 - Nursing Leadership

This course focuses on leadership and management roles of professional nurses. Emphasis is placed on concepts of leadership as they relate to the ethical-legal decision-making processes in implementing high quality nursing care, healthcare team coordination, and the oversight and accountability processes in diverse healthcare settings. This is an online course with minimum class time of 37.5 hours.
Prerequisite(s): NSG 4101 AND NSG 4102 AND NSG 4103 AND NSG 4104 AND Must hold valid RN license AND Restricted to Majors
