Description
This Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) degree in Unmanned Aerial Systems is designed to fill a growing workforce need by enhancing the technical skills of students who have earned an associate degree in Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS). The degree builds upon students’ foundational understanding of UAS mission planning, applications, maintenance, laws and regulations, data analytics, and project management using UAS platforms.

A technical baccalaureate degree in Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) will prepare the graduate to work in a variety of roles including UAS operations, maintenance, data analysis, sensor operations, technology integration and testing, and basic manufacturing in support of diverse industries including precision agriculture, infrastructure inspection, aerial mapping and surveying, first response, logistics, security, and other emerging applications that will continue to develop as the industry grows.
