The Hospitality Management and Tourism program prepares students for entry-level positions in restaurants, private clubs, beverage establishments, and general hospitality centers and includes skills in supervision, cost controls, purchasing and human relations. This degree program contains one or more embedded certificates which will be automatically awarded when the certificate requirements are completed.
