The Hospitality Management & Tourism/Lodging program prepares students for positions in hotels/lodging organizations, resorts, and includes skills in supervision and human relations. This degree also encompasses a basic understanding of meeting & events, and the costing of food since both of these are found at all mid-level and full service properties. This degree program contains one or more embedded certificates which will be automatically awarded when the certificate requirements are completed.
